Hey when it comes to dieting and training, I get many people ask me how much of it is training and how much of it is eating to get to their goals. Is it 70% training, 30% nutrition? What is most important?
This is what it is bluntly: 100% Training and 100% Nutrition. Do one and not the other you will get half the results.
I woke up this morning to two texts from my Windsor Boot Camp Crew:
Now these guys over the last couple of weeks or even just 5 days have put in the exact theory, and it has paid off BIG TIME! 100% NUTRITION AND 100% TRAINING, NOT ONE OR THE OTHER!
I put together a diet plan, one I use from from time to time if I want shed my body fat in time for a holiday or special occasion and all they had to do was to do it. So they focused up and did it. And they are not even near the end of it. This is just one week of determination. Do you think you got it in you to be focused even for just one week or 5 days so far like Sophie???? For the sake of 6lbs almost half a stone lighter??
THERE AIN'T NOTHING TO IT BUT TO DO IT!!! Shout it out!
You don't have to spend time figuring out nutrition plans, going to the gym looking around at what equipment is being used and what you are going to do on it to make sure it burns fat. This just wastes your time and by the end of the time and your about to take your step to fat loss stardom you are cooled down and out of your zone!
