It is a FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, FUN, and FULFILLING work out.
Each session is well organised, structured and challenging.
Michael is an inspiring instructor with a great personality always dedicated and motivated. I attend lots of different classes in windsor including body pump, aerobics etc and go to the gym but Michael's Boot Camp is by far the best and most enjoyable and you can achieve great results.

I’ve only attended two windsor boot camp sessions so far and I plan on attending a lot more. I already feel a hundred times more motivated and even healthier. I am getting married in August and want to get myself in the best shape as I possibly can. I know that this will help me do this. For a large group of people exercising he still manages to focus on each individual and makes such an effort to keep you going so you don’t give up, he knows everyone’s goals! I work so hard in these workouts, but you are able to do it at a pace that suits you so there’s no need to worry that you are not fit enough. This is the best thing I have done in a long time!
I have really enjoyed my first month of training with Michael’s Boot Camp! I find the exercises challenging, and because he varies them on every night, I am never bored and constantly motivated.
I have found Michael’s positive support and encouragement really good in making sure that I work as hard as I can therefore making the most out of every training session I go to.
If I hear “Liz don’t quit, quitters don’t win” when working out, I may shoot myself. Unfortunately though Michael is completely right and really pushes me to work the hardest I can through every session!!
I have been attending the Windsor Fit Body Boot Camp for only 4 weeks. 9 sessions later I can honestly say that I have really enjoyed the workouts and have worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. It’s so much more then attending a “class”, each session is different and it’s like having a personal trainer but with the enjoyment of working out with others who feel your pain.
Michael has been so encouraging and supportive and I know he is on the other end of a telephone if I ever needed him.
In terms of results, I have certainly felt a difference in myself and my fitness and have lost a total for 5 inches from around my body in only 3 weeks and let’s be honest that’s all us girls really care about!!! That’s just over half a inch from each session I have attended!
Best and most enjoyable form of exercise I’ve done in years
I am Lucy and have been at this boot camp in Windsor since the start. I am an overweight 30 something! However since I joined Windsor boot camp I have lost 24 inches and 18 pound in weight, and have easily lost a dress size!!
I had not exercised for a long time before 2011 and thought I would struggle. But I love it and I even miss it when I am not there. Yes it is challenging, yes you sweat and work hard but Michael is very supportive and encouraging making you feel you can do just one more sit up....and it is true you can!! It’s a great group, I can honestly say I have made new friends, we laugh, smile and joke....Sometimes we moan about the next exercise but we also encourage each other.
So come along and join us, I am slowly disappearing and the best bit is I have more energy and feel positive in all I do. I now have long term goals to be fitter and another size smaller. Michael will support you, encourage you and call you if you need support, he makes you believe you can change.....and you can!!
I have been working out on and off for a few years now at a gym, as we all no the same routine gets boring after a while and Windsor Boot Camp is a breath of fresh air for me! It is a variety of different workouts that keep you on your toes and workout all parts of your body, with great people and a great trainer. IT’S THE KING OF BODY FAT REDUCTION AND INCH LOSS! I personally recommend it to anyone and everyone! So get down there!
I originally signed up to train with Michael on a one to one basis having purchased a package of 12 personal training sessions. When those sessions came to a end, I was absolutely devastated. I had trained with Michael 3 times a week for 4 weeks and knew that I would be able to afford to carry on at that level. When Michael told me about his Fit Body Boot Camp, I decided to give it a try in the hope that it would sort out my problems of still wanting to train, whilst being affordable.
The option of attending up to 4 sessions a week as well as Michael’s enthusiasm, dedication and attention has meant that I am at my fittest now than at any other point in the last 8 years! Moving from one to one sessions to group sessions has also been fantastic as the other members are friendly, welcoming and we spur each other on all the time. Michael still manages to ensure that everyone works just as hard as you would do in a personal training session and somehow, he still manages to give lots of personal attention as well as ensuring that you are working hard towards your own personal goals!
The sessions are all different as well which definitely keeps your interest. I have been attending fit body boot camp for over 3 months now and my interest and motivation is as high now as it was at my first session. I don’t think that I would be saying the same thing if I was just going to the gym to work out!
If you want to work hard, have loads of fun, hit your weight and fitness goals, make some good friends have a spare fiver in your wallet at the end of the month, then I would definitely suggest you hot-foot it down!
I have been lucky enough to have worked with Michael a few years back in a gym environment and have always admired his knowledge for fitness and care for the people he trains, I have attended his boxing classes before too, and his knowledge is endless, your goals are never unreachable.
I used to play an awful lot of football and have physical jobs, feeling I didn’t need to train very much, then changing career and playing less football became tough to maintain my peak condition. Then I came to boot camp! Michael has always had an influence on my training and is great at pushing me to do more and coming along to Windsor Bootcamp really helps me gain that fitness back. Coming to Windsor Bootcamp may seem a scary step for some people, but everyone who comes down enjoys themselves and are brilliant at giving you encouragement too. And what’s more scarier edging closer to health problems or becoming healthy?! Windsor Bootcamp will get you fit, confident and results. Every session is different, well planned and enjoyable. I always leave feeling I have done a beast of a workout and I don’t plan on quitting any time soon!
Michaels Boot Camp gives me exactly what I need............... and then some! As well as being relentlessly pushed towards my fitness goals the advice around specific strength training for snowboarding and rugby a work a treat. Finally, as well as good honest training sessions the guidance on nutrition and dietary supplements also helps me out in a big way.
